
Dr. Fatima Almaghrabi
is the Head of the Tourism and Hospitality Department and an Assistant Professor of Operations Research and Decision Sciences at the College of Business and Economics, Umm Al-Qura University. With a multidisciplinary background in management information systems, operations management, and operations research, she integrates technology and analytics to advance decision-making in business and tourism. She has managed several funded projects in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, and her research focuses on applying AI and machine learning to design intelligent decision support systems that enhance operational efficiency and strategic planning.

Prof. Dr. Muharrem TUNA
was born in 1972 in Kilis. He graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Commerce and Tourism Education, Department of Tourism Management Education in 1994 and was appointed as a research assistant to the same faculty a year later. After completing his Master's and Doctorate degrees in Tourism Management at Gazi University, Institute of Social Sciences, he was promoted to Assistant Professor in his faculty. Between 2002 and 2008, he served as the director of Gazi University Sungurlu Vocational School and as a member of the university senate. During this period, he did postdoctoral studies for six months at Michigan State University in the USA and earned the title of Associate Professor at the same university in 2008. In addition to his teaching duties at this institution, Dr. Tuna also served as vice dean, department head, and various other academic positions and was appointed as Professor to the Department of Tourism Management at Gazi University, Faculty of Tourism in 2014. Prof. Dr. Muharrem TUNA served as President of the Tourism Council's Scientific Committee, Deputy President and Rapporteur of the Tourism Specialization Commission for the 11th and 12th Development Plans, and Coordinator of the TRNC Tourism Council. He currently serves as President of the Tourism Academicians Association (TUADER) and the Tourism Education Evaluation and Accreditation Board (TURAK). Prof. Dr. Muharrem TUNA conducts scientific research on topics such as tourism management, management, strategy, organizational behavior, and quality, and is fluent in English. He is married with two children.

Dr. Ahmad Albattat
is an Associate Professor and Program Leader in the School of Global Hospitality and Tourism, Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He is a visiting professor and external examiner at Medan Tourism Polytechnic (Poltekpar Medan). He is a doctoral supervisor at the European Global Institute of Innovation & Technology, Malta, and Rushford Business School, Switzerland. He received a PhD in Hospitality Management, “Disaster and Emergency Planning and Preparedness,” from University Sains Malaysia (USM), Malaysia. He was working for the Jordanian hospitality industry for 17 years. He is an active member of several scientific and editorial boards of international journals and a reviewer, author, and editor for book projects with Emeralds Publishing, Routledge Publishing, Springers Publishing, Good Fellow Publishing, and IGI Global Publishing.
